Gtx 1050ti 4gb issue

I just bought a graphic card specifically Gigabyte Gtx 1050ti to upgrade my pc with the following specs:



Motherboard : Asrock h87 Fatal1ty Performance

Power Supply: XFX 550W

CPU: Intel i5-4570

Ram: 8 GB

HDD: 1TB

Monitor : HP w1907v

OS : Windows 10 pro.



I first built this pc on 2014 without the GPU but now that I needed gpu for basic editing I bought this graphic card.

Once I installed on the motherboard and tried to switch on the pc a red led light comes on underneath the card (on the motherboard ) and at same the fans of the card spins for 2-3 sec and then off. Without the gpu the computer work without any problem.
