Can't Report a Comment - Error?

Hi,
I'd like to report a post. When I try to do so it says error reporting. I tried using my main charcter, same issue. I logged into another browser, used my main, same issue. I tried using other options then mentioned the error. Nothing.
Does anyone else have this issue? What's happening? How to do this?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
